Chamomile Bouquet Comfort Card

"Chamomile Flowers = rest, peace, poise, calmness (May you have it all)"

A beautiful little bouquet of chamomile, one of our favorite flowers because they simply smell divine. Grace actually cut this bouquet from her garden last year and decided she needed to paint it so that she could always have chamomile at her fingertips. This card is a nod to Victorian flower meanings, something that delights us. (Interestingly, the meaning of chamomile today is related to rest and relaxation but in Victorian times it symbolized 'energy in adversity' — which is also desirable!)

Pour yourself a warm cup of chamomile tea, light a candle, pull this card from your stash, and write to someone who needs a little peace in their life. (I think we all could use more rest, peace, and poise!) This would also make such a comforting 'get well' card.
