This piece started off as a Hafiz poem ("I Want Both of Us"), lettered on top of a paint palette. It's the same poem I read at Tiny's wedding -- one year after her accident, a group of us singing, crying, and rejoicing in the dog park with her and her new husband.
Later, inspired by the incredible florals of Lulie Wallace, I layered a vase and pops of yellow, trumpet-like flowers on top. Some accents of gold help make it sing.
- Please note: frame is not included. (When you purchase this piece, we'll send you an email with specific Amazon links to the frame pictured in case you'd like to go that route.)
- This is an original 8.5x11" piece on acetate with acyrlics and gold and white paint pen. Signed and dated by Grace (aka Snail).
- You have some choices when it comes to framing this original - framing it more traditionally with a mat will add to the longevity while placing in a floating frame will add to the "wow" factor (in our humble opinion - but you do you!).
