Snail's Marvelous Magazine Envelope Tutorial

We've had this tutorial under wraps for way too long. So as our gift to you, here it is. Open access for all!

(If this is your sort of thing and you aren't on our email newsletter list yet, click here to join!)

Creating something low stakes can be freeing. It's a great way to give yourself a boost of energy and a "pep in your mental health step."

Watch the Tutorial:

A few envelopes that Snail has made using this technique:

This technique doesn't require any rulers. Just scissors and clear tape!

Have some old magazines and catalogues around the house? Turn them into mail art!

Batch ahead:  Having a nice thick stack of cool envelopes prepared to choose from will make writing even more fun.

Hands down, a super easy craft. You probably already have everything you need to do this at home.

Need more material? Grace loves the Anthropolgie catalogue. Many companies have catalogues you can subscribe to (J. Crew, Free People.) Or National Geographic can be amazing too!

We'd LOVE to see the envelopes you make! With our new blog commenting feature, you can now upload a photo! (Or just say "hi", because it honestly makes my day!)
Just remember to cover up any mailing address, for people's privacy (as Snail did in these examples.) :)
