Refund policy

Can I make a return? 

We want you to be super happy with your order! If something seems amiss, we accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise within 90 days of delivery.

How to initiate a return:

1. Log in to your account (click on the icon of a person in the menu):

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

6. Carefully box up your items, print out the shipping label and tape it onto the box, and drop it off at your post office or arrange for pick up
Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Used and/or opened merchandise is non-returnable. Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

If I return something, when will I see the refund in my account? 

We process refunds for the cost of your order, minus shipping costs, within 1-3 days of receiving your returned merchandise. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your account depending on the payment provider. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If it hasn’t appeared, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
