Who has been a guide?

A Note from Lynn:

When people show up in your life sharing their gifts and expertise with others it is a truly inspiring experience. Get specific when you tell the person how they uniquely touch your life…is it their creativity, humor, patience, or thoughtfulness? Tell a brief story about how they helped you through something. Giving specifics can not only make the recipient feel amazingly loved, but being specific when listing our gratitude helps the sender to ruminate on happy details, which boosts our mental health.

This is the card for this month

"Thanks for helping me navigate this world."

Your mission for today:

Gratitude - Write a gratitude letter for someone  on your list.

Who has impacted your life that you'd want to thank? A teacher? Mentor? Big Sister? Little Sister? Mom or Dad, Aunt or Uncle? Daughter or Son? Who is someone who has helped you navigate or learn something? Write to them and thank them. Sometimes the act of sending a thank you note can be a relief for us because we feel guilty otherwise!  Pull out this card and thank one of these teachers today.

Pull out that “Navigate Thank You” card and write a note of gratitude to someone that comes to mind as a Firefly.

We'd love for you to comment as you finish these action steps! Let's create community and be inspired by the stories of these cards and the people writing and receiving them.
