How can I track my order?

1. Log in to your Tiny & Snail account. This will be associated with whatever e-mail you provided with your purchase.

2. Go to your orders.

3. Click on the order you want to track.

4. Your tracking number will be visible if your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you contact us ASAP and your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. If possible, message us through the "Contact" button on our website.

Are all the cards blank inside?

Yes - waiting to be filled with your unique message!

Do you do custom work?

At this time, we are not taking custom art requests. We love making art for you, but since we're both moms of young kids, we just don't have the time to take custom orders. Sorry!
