We now process our wholesale orders through Handshake, the Shopify wholesale platform


New Brick and Mortar Retailer with Tiny and Snail?

We’re so glad you’re here! Our goal is to build and maintain excellent relationships with our wonderful retailers. For domestic orders from the US, we use the wholesale platform Handshake to conduct wholesale business - our current shops have loved the ease of ordering via this platform!
If you already have an account with Handshake, please access our Handshake shop and click “log in with an existing account”
Be prepared to give the following information: 
  • Name of your shop and legal business name
  • Shop website
  • Reseller ID
  • Business address 
  • Business email
  • Phone number

New International Retailer?

We love our international shops and are thrilled you'd like to carry our products! Since our online wholesale platform doesn't currently allow for international orders please email us directly and we will work with you (grace@tinyandsnail.com).
Please include the following information in your email:
-Your name
-Name of your shop (and website if you have one)
-Years in business
-Shop physical address
Once we've got you in our system, you may submit your orders directly through email (grace@tinyandsnail.com) and we'll invoice you via PayPal. We're also happy to set up a Zoom appointment with you to learn more about you and your shop and show you products that might be a good fit!
*Please note: If you are in the UK we aren't able to conduct wholesale at this time since the new Brexit requirements make things tricky on our end. Sorry! :/ 

New Online Retailer?

Welcome! We’re excited that you’re considering Tiny and Snail products for your shop! Online retailers carrying Tiny and Snail products are required to include the Tiny and Snail name in the product title or in the product description. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Accounts may not utilize national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.comEbay.com, ETSY, JET, Shoptique, etc.  Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
We use the wholesale platform Handshake to conduct wholesale business (our current shops have loved the ease of ordering via this platform!).

Our opening order minimum is $150 USD and minimum reorders are $100 USD.

Prices listed on our Handshake shop page are subject to change without notice. If you’re unsure whether your line sheet or wholesale catalog is up-to-date, please email leah@tinyandsnail.com and I will be sure to get you our most current wholesale documents. Wholesale prices that appear on our brand page with Bulletin are current. Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.


We ship everything USPS First Class Mail or Priority USPS. Particularly large orders will ship UPS. After you place your order on Handshake, the shipping rates will be determined and then added on to your invoice. An email will be sent to you with the details of your updated order.
$0-$299.99: $14.95
$300-$500: $17.95
$500+: Varies depending on total weight and dimensions of package(s) – as soon as we package your order, we will input the shipping cost into Handshake and your updated invoice will reflect the final shipping costs.
Placing your order:
Head to Handshake and either sign up for a Handshake account if you’re new to the platform or go to that same link and click “log in with an existing account.” From there, you will have access to our brand page and be able to shop wholesale items and prices. You may submit your order directly on the Handshake website.


All wholesale payments are processed through Handshake. 
Handshake accepts payment by credit card, using a secure payment processing system chosen by the supplier.

Shipping Timelines:

We want to get your delightful items to you as quickly as possible! Please allow 5 days between placing your order and receiving notification of shipment.


Wholesale orders are packaged in as few boxes as possible. All prints come wrapped in cello sleeves. Greeting card sets and packs come in a cello sleeve with a delightful sticker describing the name of the pack. Single cards come in a clear cello sleeve. (If you do not require/want your cards to come in a cello sleeve, please let us know in the note section of your order – we’re happy to leave them out to help the environment!)
All Tiny and Snail products must be sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and packs may not be broken up and sold as individual cards. If you have any questions regarding the way our items are packaged, please email grace@tinyandsnail.com.

Damages and Return Policy:

We make every effort to give you our best products and service and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. We know, however, that life isn’t perfect and occasionally things go wrong.
If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, please let us know by email grace@tinyandsnail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please also include photos of the damaged item(s). Where a return has been agreed with us and the item cannot be replaced, the original cost will be either refunded or credited to your account at our discretion.

Placement of order will confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
