"Look for the Light" has been one of our mantras for a long time. Originally it applied to Tiny's photography, but she realized that looking for the light has a much broader meaning as well.

It's not a phrase of denial, it's a phrase that reminds us  that we find what we are looking for-- so look for the crocuses coming up in the spring, look for the way the light filters through your curtains in the morning, look for the good in others. And we KNOW you will find it.

    Beauty in the mess

    This card brings me this sense of see the beauty (light, goodness, hope) THROUGH the mess (with the background). Life can be heavy and hard, but we choose what we see. This reminds me — and the receiver — to keep seeking the spots of light, joy, goodness, and beauty (like Tiny & Snail) in the world!
